The Premium Institute of Bartending Schools are the ONLY Bartending Schools in Dallas and Fort Worth to offer an Externship for all of its Students.  This means, at the mid-point of the program, we will send you out to a real bar to work as the Bartender.  You will learn to make "real" drinks with "real" customers using a "real" Point of Sale (POS) system. Most importantly, the Externship Program allows you to get experience Bartending BEFORE you even Graduate.

OUR HISTORY AND EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Prior to opening our Dallas and Fort Worth Bartender Schools,  We talked with numerous Bar and Restaurant owners and students from other DFW Bartending Schools in order to make sure we not only taught what students wanted, but what employers demanded. We don't just put you behind the bar and tell you to make drinks. Our instructors are with you for the entire program. You will be taught using a building block process to Bartending. You will start off with basic techniques and then progress into free pouring, speed building, and bar operations. We are constantly providing you with feedback so we can be assured that you are always aware of your progress. You are tested on the lessons daily to ensure you are on track.  With this in mind, we focus on Quality Bartending Training that will give you life long skills.  Don’t cut yourself short and settle on anything but the best.  We work with each student to ensure they have all the skills necessary to get employment in a Bartending Career.

We are very proud of the accomplishments of our Dallas and Fort Worth Bartending Schools that we welcome all prospects to talk to current students as well as review all Graduate Surveys. This really tells you how students feel about the program and training they received and are receiving.

In addition to your Bartender Training and Bartending Certification (TABC), we offer  Nationwide Job Placement Assistance, resume preparation, and interviewing skills training.  Although we help you get employed, we feel it is better to teach you HOW TO GET A JOB, so you will be able to get employed no matter where you live or what you are doing.  If you plan on moving, we will assist with Nationwide Job Placement.  Again, the importance is not only getting you a job, but showing you how to get one.  Our students are VERY successful in finding employment immediately out of school.  In Bartending, you can do it full time, part time, or even special events.

Dear Mr.& Mrs. Phillips,

I am writing you to tell you how grateful I am for everything you have done for me.You along with your instructor Danny have helped me change my life and have given me a whole new and exciting outlook on the future.I had a failing antique business and had to find a new career. A very dear friend of mine told me I should go into bartending . She told me there is good money in it and with my personality I should look into this. I contacted your school and from there it has been nothing short of a dream come true. From day one of your school your instructor Danny started putting the knowledge and confidence in me that I would need to make this change work.I have been to many other types of trading classes ,but never had the honor to have such a instructor like the one you have there.He is truly one of a kind .Danny comes to class to teach and give you every tool that you will need to be a bartender in the real world.He takes so much pride in helping each and every student be the very best you can be.He makes the course so upbeat and fun you sometimes forget you are in school.Your team makes sure you are in the best environment for learning this great trade. When you have finished with your classes that is when you really get to know how special that Rikki is and find how hard she works for you and all the students.I can with out hesitation say that if it were not for these people I do not know where I would be today.I can tell you it would not be good I am a 52 year old men that with these people now have the best job I have ever had. I am a BARTENDER at Las colinas Marriott and can not wait to go to work every day.I might also tell you how great the money is.I am making from 175.00 to 400.00 dollars a night in tips.The largest tip I have had from one person is 80.00 not bad for just being a GREAT BARTENDER thanks to David,Rikki, and Danny.I only wish there were words to express my thanks.The team at THE PREMIUM INSTITUTE OF BARTENDING HAVE CHANGED MY LIFE.
