Our History

Prior to opening our Dallas Bartender School, I attended other Bartending Schools to see what the experience was like and then used this information to make sure our Bartending School was the best Bartender School in Dallas.

We then talked to Bar and Restaurant owners to make sure we not only taught what students wanted, but what employers demanded. We don't just put you behind the bar and tell you to make drinks. Our instructors are with you for the entire program. You will be taught using a building block process to Bartending. You will start off with basic techniques and then progress into free pouring, speed building, and bar operations. We are constantly providing you with feedback so we can be assured that you are always aware of your progress. You are tested on the lessons daily to ensure you are on track. With this in mind, we focus on Quality Bartending Training that will give you life long skills. Don’t cut yourself short and settle on anything but the best. We work with each student to ensure they have all the skills necessary to get employment in a Bartending Career.

Just remember, you get what you pay for so when investing in yourself and your education, cheapest is not best.

The Bartending School provides one-on-one training (if needed), free lifetime refresher courses, and we are open 7 days a week. This means you can come in anytime during business hours and get some extra practice in. We encourage our Bartending School students to come into our School and practice as much as they want. This is always free and available to any graduate at NO COST.

We are very proud of the accomplishments of our Dallas Texas Bartending School that we welcome all prospects to talk to current students as well as review all Graduate Surveys. This really tells you how students feel about the program and training they received and are receiving.

In addition to your Bartending Training, we offer Job Placement Assistance, resume preparation, and interviewing skills training. Although we help you get employed, we feel it is better to teach you HOW TO GET A JOB, so you will be able to get employed no matter where you live or what you are doing. If you plan on moving, we will assist with Nationwide Job Placement. Again, the importance is not only getting you a job, but showing you how to get one. Our students are VERY successful in finding employment immediately out of school. In Bartending, you can do it full time, part time, or even special events.

Our Dallas Bartending School Advantages

OWNERS ON SITE - This means that the owners are always available to help students schedule Externships, to help students with job placement assistance, and to monitor the daily instruction of the students to guarantee the highest quality bartending training in the Dallas Texas area. EXTERNSHIP PROGRAM - Our Dallas Bartending School provides students the opportunity to experience working in a bar outside of their classroom instruction. This helps students to feel more confident and gain additional experience before they start working. The Premium Institute of Bartending is the only Bartending Training Program in the DEW area that offers the advantages of an off-site externship at a “real” bar.

SIMULATED BAR – This provides the students the opportunity to train behind a “real” bar in the same type of atmosphere that they will be working in. The dimmed track lighting and music provides a fun, upbeat environment with similar distractions to a “real” bar. The bar is stocked with all of the equipment and bar supplies that bartenders typically use when bartending.
