The Premium Institute of Bartending understands your concern about how information about you is used and shared. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to let you know about our policy regarding Personal Data that is collected on the Site. We collect Personal Data when you voluntarily choose to request information from the school or choose to register for a class. We use the Personal Data that we collect in order to respond to your request for more information about our school and services offered, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.   This information is stored in a database in order to provide you with information about future classes.  You have the option to opt out of our database at anytime.  You may do this by emailing info@premiuminstitute.com or by clicking on the bottom of any future emails received by us.

Cookies

In operating this Site, we may use a technology called "cookies." A cookie is a piece of information that the computer that hosts our Site gives to your computer when you access a Web site. Our cookies help provide additional functionality to the Site and help us analyze Site usage more accurately. On most web browsers, you will find a "help" section on the toolbar. STUDENT COMPLAINT POLICY

This school has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

The TWC-assigned school number is:   S3139.Lewisville and S3478 for Fort Worth

The school’s programs are approved by TWC.

Students must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s Academic Catalog.

Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as with other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
